The space
Cosy birds eye view of a working Equestrian Centre where you can watch events on the weekends, or a perfect place to relax in the countryside after a day of hiking, or exploring the countryside.

Guest access
The courtyard and stables are out of bounds unless accompanied by a member of staff.

Walking around the rest of the centre and forestry track is permitted.

Wifi Speed: full business package with 90 megabits per second download and 25 upload.

Other things to note
Rules:
1. Smoking outside only.
2. Quite Hours from 11pm - 6am.
3. No access to stable yard unless accompanied by staff.
4. dogs must be kept on leads while on site and all fouling must be collected. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding.
5. Children must be accompanied at all times.
6. Please leave all non recycling waste in bags inside the red wheelie bin.
7. Please leave all recycling in bags inside the green wheelie bin. Glass in BLUE BIN.
8. DO NOT leave any dirty disheses around the place or in the sink. Prior to your leaving, please wash them and put them away just like in your own home.
9. When leaving open all windows and place the key back inside the lock box.

Pet fee €50.00/ this could be higher, it depends on the bread and amount of pets.
Setting up the sofa bed €20. When booking is less than 3 people

Extra Linen+towels change after 7 days €10

Late check out fee €10 per hour when notified 24 hours or more in advance. Less than 24 hours notice the late checkout becomes €35 per hour (latest check out by 12.00).


Other Items to note:
Fancy learning to horse ride? book a lesson at our riding school. If you have a horse and want to bring them along, book a stable through our office. The cottage has a TV and DVD player along with a couple of dvds for guests to watch. However, the TV does not have any stations or channels. you can connect to netflix instead.
